Flag of Myanmar Size: The flag of Myanmar is a four-color flag. The colors included in the flag are yellow, green, red, and white. There are three equal horizontal bands with three different colors. The first band is yellow while the middle band is of green color and the shade of the third band is red. There is a white star in the flag’s center. The flag was adopted on the 21st of October 2010, and replaced the old flag, which was in use since 1974. The proportion of the flag is 2:3. Interesting facts: The four political parties in the country proposed four different designs for the flag, of which only one was selected and was officially adopted. The flag before this one was used for 36 years, and then in 2010 this flag was adopted, and the flag is unchanged since. The armed forces of the country don’t use this flag, and they have different flags. Each nation has a unique flag that represents them.
