The flag without emblem is used since 1848. Then again the flag design is changed two times to make it perfect and match the emblem shades. First, it was changed in 1964 and then in 1998. The flag’s novel arrangement recollected the crest for the point of convergence of the flag, at this point it progressed toward the lift edge when the standard was changed in 1906.
