Flag of Kentucky Size: The flag has a rectangular shape. The background color of the flag is dark blue. The ratio of the flag is 10:19. There is a commonwealth seal on the exact center point of the flag. At the top of the flag following the central line the state name is written in capital letters. The emblem is covered from the top, with circular text in capital letters “United we stand” at the bottom of the emblem “Divided we fall” is written in capital letters.
